Dieting

Some people live to eat , while others eat to live. I am very much to former and food is a HUGE part of my life. But as much as i j'dore good food, i try not to allow myself to morph into Norbit. As a result, i have very much been dieting my whole life. Of course i allow myself the occassional bingeing and then subsequently, i go into exile and diet. Does this make any sense? lol, well it does to me.

Yesterday Urban featured an article on Fad Diets. I literally tore through the page of Urban when i saw the feature on the front cover. I've done a variety of diets such as Atkins, Cabbage soup, Liquid Diet, Pro-Ana diets etc. I even tried passing off Daniel's fast as a type of diet hah. So anyway, while reading through Urban i decided to do my very own version of My bible of dieting haha.

After trying so many diets, i kinda combined most of them and have comed up with my own concontion diets.
Here are my TOP 3 DIETS:

1) The 777 Diet ( My current one and the one i try to stick to most of the time )
A very simple diet that allows you to eat anything you want. This diet is not for weight loss, but for weight maintanence. And it only only consists 3 steps

- Do not eat after 7 pm
- Eat till you are 70% Full
- Drink a minimum of 7 glassess of water a day

2) The Detox Diet
A diet that needs alot of determination but very healthy.

- Drink lots of water throughout the day
- Drink 2 glasses of fruit juice. one in the morning, one in the afternoon.
- No food is allowed throughout the day. However, if you are hungry, you can eat bite size pieces of fruits and nuts.
- TIP: To make yourself fuller, instead of fruit juice, you can drink FAT FREE juice yogurt. NOT MILKSHAKES.

3) The Heartbreak Diet.
Ok i know this only applies to me. But seriously, i lost 5 kg in 4 days! Just find a guy and allow him to dump you. And don't eat for 4 days. seriously.

DIETING TIPS!!!

- Limit your carb
- Supper makes you pile on weight faster than you can say "Norbit"
- Alcohol makes you put on ALOT of weight ( yea but ...)
- Have lots of sleep
- Drink lots of water
- No soft drinks
- No Fast Food. Not only does Fast Food taste bad, it makes you put on weight just as fast as having supper daily. trust me
- Give in to cravings or you will end up eating more later on


Now that i've shared my Diet Fads, i'm going to embark on a new diet featured in Urban- The Master Cleanse.The name sounds good already. All i need is a concotion of lemon juice, maple syrup and watter with a little cayenne powder. (:!
